Terms of Service

By accessing or using ImproveASO Funnels (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

ImproveASO Funnels helps authorized users inspect Google Analytics 4 properties and events, build and save funnels, visualize aggregate conversion and drop-off, and run saved funnels through user-configured MCP clients.

The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google Analytics and GA4 are trademarks of Google LLC and are used descriptively.

You may connect and analyze only Google Analytics properties that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for your account, your OAuth grants, MCP tokens you create, and all activity performed using those credentials.

Keep MCP tokens confidential, revoke tokens you no longer use, and notify support@improveaso.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Access data or properties without authorization.
• Share credentials or MCP tokens in a way that exposes another user's data.
• Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or introduce malicious code.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable law, Google's terms, or third-party rights.

You retain your rights in saved funnel definitions and the Google Analytics data you are authorized to access. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and support the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, impose reasonable usage limits, or restrict access when necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, or service reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Funnel results depend on the accuracy, availability, sampling, thresholds, and configuration of your Google Analytics data. The Service is an analysis aid, and results should be reviewed before making business decisions.

The Service's software, design, branding, and original content are owned by ImproveASO Funnels or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or source code.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImproveASO Funnels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data arising from use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect Google Analytics from the in-app MCP access panel. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security threats, or legal requirements.

We may update these terms as the Service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
